Brooke Elizabeth Burns born 16 March 1978 is an American model and TV personality. Burns began her TV career in 1995 portraying the supporting role of Peg on the Spanish-American teenage sitcom Out of the Blue (1995-1996). Burns was a part of Baywatch a drama series that was action-drama in 1998. In the following year she was a part of Baywatch: Hawaii. Burns then left Baywatch because of her first child. Brooke Elizabeth Burns, an American fitness model and actress who also is a TV presenter, is known for her role as Jessie Owens from the drama Baywatch.
