Paul Wesley or Pawel Tomasz Wasilewski is a well-known producer, actor and director best known by his role in The Vampire Diaries. For his role in the show, he's earned several awards and nominations including those of the Teen Choice Awards as well as the 'Young Hollywood Awards. Born in New Brunswick New Jersey in the United States Wesley showed an passion for acting throughout his time in school. Then he attended Rutgers University. However, after realizing that he was gifted as an actress and the possibility of making money from his acting talents, he left school. His first appearance on TV was in the cult American TV soap opera Another World. The next role on TV was with the CBS series Wolf Lake. After he took on the character of Stefan Salvatore for the American television show The Vampire Diaries, his career was transformed. The show has also seen him produce a couple of episodes. He has been in a variety of movies that have been a hit since the debut of his series, The Last Run. Recently, he starred in Mothers and Daughters and The Late Bloomer with support roles. His social media popularity is quite high, with over 13,000,000 followers on Instagram as well as more than 4.1,000,000 followers on Twitter.
